Clayton Bennett, 64, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at his home in Wagontown, PA.
Born at the Chester County Hospital, he was a son of the late Ray and Maxie Bennett.
He enjoyed NASCAR and went to several of the races. He was a hard worker. After working for several construction companies, he started his own construction and paving business. He took jobs that nobody else wanted. He enjoyed the challenge; he was hard headed and wouldn’t back down from any job.
In addition to his long-time companion, Penny Smith, Clayton is survived by 2 sisters; Dorothy (Naaman) Stoltzfus of Paradise, PA and Janice (Jim) Breneman of New Holland, PA and 3 brothers; Willard of Erwin, TN, Raymond (JoAnne) of Honey Brook, PA, and Dwayne (Toni) of Claymont, DE, and 9 nieces and nephews.
