Deborah J. Davis

Deborah Jeanne (McMahon) Davis, of Malvern, Pennsylvania, formerly of Lowell, MA and Richmond, VA, died after a long illness on June 27, 2020 at Green Meadows Nursing and Rehab, Malvern, Pennsylvania at the age of 61 years and 10 days. She was born on June 16, 1959, Lowell, Massachusetts, daughter of Therese J. Grenier and the deceased Ernest G. McMahon, Jr. and the step-daughter of Robert P. Fagan.

She is survived by her mother and step-father of Honey Brook, PA, her husband Michael S. Davis of Midlothian, Virginia, a daughter Ashley of Honey Brook, PA and two sons, Mark of Holton, Kansas and William, of Midlothian, Virginia, two sisters, Karen and her husband Robert Brittingham of West Chester, PA, Maureen and her husband Christopher Carson of Paoli, PA, brothers James McMahon and his spouse Liz of Salt City, Utah and Peter McMahon and his spouse Marnie of Newport News, Virginia. Nephews Ryan and Connor Carson, Matthew Brittingham, Bradley, Nathan and Thomas McMahon, and her two aunts, Lea Beaupre of Dracut, MA and Cindy Grenier of Lakeside, OR.

She was predeceased by her grandparents Ernest G. and Anne V. McMahon and Oliver A. and Rita C. Grenier her aunt Rita A. Todd and her uncle Oliver A. Grenier.

Our family would like to thank the dedicated staff at Green Meadows Rehab and Nursing for their wonderful compassionate care of Deborah over the last three years.

Together, our family will share cherished memories of her, laughter will be heard among the family and we will eat, drink and toast our beautiful Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and Aunt. Yes tears will be shed but wiped away quickly, as Deborah would want us to remember her with laughter instead of sorrow.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am.

Burial will take place on July 9, 2020 at 11:30 am in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 90 River Road, Tewksbury, Massachusetts 01876.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donating to the memorial fund in Deborah's name to Green Meadows, 386 E. Lancaster Avenue, Malvern, PA 19355 to benefit residents of said nursing home.
